1. The petitioner in the present writ petition is challenging the electricity connection granted to one Mr. Adhir Sen by the respondent authority.

2. On examination of the memo it reveals that Mr. Sen has not been made a party to the present proceeding.

3. Since the respondent authority has already been engineered electricity connection in the name of Mr. Sen this court feels that without making Mr. Sen as a party, the present writ petition cannot be heard.

4. In view thereof the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh on the same cause of action.

5. Hence, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
