This matter has come up at the instance of the department. It appears from record that due to inadvertence, in the first paragraph of the order dated 8th May, 2023, it has been recorded that "affidavit-inopposition filed by the respondents be kept with the record" while no affidavit-in-opposition was filed in the matter. The aforesaid paragraph be expunged from the from the order dated 8th May, 2023. The remaining portions of the order dated 8th May, 2023, shall remain.
