The legal representatives of the petitioner no. 1 are to be brought on record. They are the wife and the son of the petitioner no. 1. He further submits that he wants to file one supplementary affidavit disclosing the legal heir certificate and other documents, being the correspondence between the school and the deceased teacher and others.

Considering the above submission I wanted to know from the learned advocate for the petitioners whether they are agreeable to file one fresh application after withdrawing the present one, and he is agreeable to do that.

Hence, this writ application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file it afresh with all relevant papers and documents.
