Sengupta, Ms. Sweta Saha ... for respondent No. 6 Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties and considering their submissions, this writ petition being WPA 28754 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the authority concerned to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 21st November, 2022 being annexure P/5 to the writ petition in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the interested parties including the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the said representation and direct the respondent concerned to consider the same strictly in accordance with law.
