The petitioner completed 2 years and 9 months of service and has suffered spinal injury as a consequence of a accident.

The petitioner now seeks intra-district transfer from Malda to South Parganas.

Petitioner may, therefore, apply for transfer.

Upon receipt of the petitioner's application, the DPSC, Malda shall refer the cased of the petitioner to the CMOH, Malda and forward his views along with

medical opinion to the WBBPE. The Board shall, thereafter, take a decision in the matter in accordance with a applicable rules.

Let the aforesaid process be conducted by the parties offline.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
