The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher at Kanutia Jyotish Chandra High School (H.S.), District Birbhum. The writ petition was filed with the grievance that the school authorities are not allowing her to resume duties in the school due to long absence.

Mr. Ghosh Chowdhury, learned advocate for the petitioner, submits that in compliance with the direction passed by this Court, the petitioner has been allowed to resume her duties in the school. Moreover, the Managing Committee of the school has adopted a resolution approving the period of absence of the petitioner as leave without pay and has sent the said resolution for appropriate decision to the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education.

In view of the aforementioned development, the grievance of the petitioner has been addressed, therefore, no further order(s) need be passed in the matter.

WPA 27660 of 2023 is thus disposed of without any order as to costs.
