Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been implicated in the instant case because he was present at the house when seizure was effected by the police authorities. According to the petitioner the house belong to another accused from where 31.4 Kgs. of Ganja were recovered.

Learned advocate for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail and submits that CDR reflects about 50 calls between the petitioner and the principal accused.

Having considered the same, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (NDPS) 1664 of 2025 is dismissed.
