An affidavit of compliance has been filed by the present Pradhan of Sreepur Gram Panchayat.

It appears therefrom that a reasoned order has been passed by the Pradhan on 11th January, 2024. The petitioner is aggrieved by the said order. I am afraid that the legality of the order passed by the Pradhan cannot be gone into in the contempt jurisdiction.

It will be open for the petitioner to challenge the reasoned order before the appropriate forum.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
