It is submitted by Mr. Talukder, learned Advocate for respondent No.4, Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority that in terms of the order dated 6th July, 2023, he served notice of the instant proceeding mentioning him the date of hearing of the instant writ petition but he has not turned up.
The learned Advocate for the State respondents have also refused to accept the notice of hearing of the instant writ petition.
Today the petitioners take no step.
Learned Advocate for the petitioners is absent when the matter is taken up for hearing.
In view of such circumstances, the instant writ petition is dismissed for default.
Let a copy of this letter addressed to the learned Advocate for the writ petitioners as well as the learned Senior Advocate on behalf of the respondents be kept with the record.
