And In the matter of : Pushpa Mondal & anr.

...... petitioners Mr. Simanta Kabir, Mr. Avik Pramanick ....for the petitioners Mr. Suman De ....for the State Petitioners before us stand implicated in a racket whereby, money was extracted from unsespecting members of the public for jobs abroad. In fact documents were also forged. Complicity of the petitioners in the incident requires investigation.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 5500 of 2023 is disposed of.
