I have considered the records and the grievance of 24.04.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.232 Rakib the present petitioner who is an aged person of 70 years. However, the information so furnished is in respect of incidents complained of in the year 2021 and 2022. It has also been brought to the notice of the Court that the earlier report reflects that Katwa Police Station in respect of the information so furnished in the month of December, 2023 by the present petitioner registered Katwa PS Case no. 1162/2023 and on completion of investigation charge-sheet was submitted in connection with the said case.

Having considered that the last of the representation being sent on December, 2023, I am of the view that substantial time has passed, if the petitioner faces with similar inconveniences till date, he would submit a fresh representation before the Katwa Police Station. The concerned police station on receipt of information will act in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 27693 of 2023 is disposed of.

Report submitted on behalf of the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
