It is submitted on behalf of the alleged contemnor that since the land in question belongs to the Collector, the alleged contemnor has no authority to take any steps in respect of the said land.

In view of the above, this Court is inclined to hold that the order under contempt has been substantially complied with.

Therefore, the contempt application being CPAN 1445 of 2022 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
