Petitioner prays for bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the victim girls deposed at the trial and that, they do not implicate the petitioner.

State and the de facto complainant are represented. 4.

Trial is in progress.

To our understanding, all the depositions of the victim girls have implicated the petitioner amongst others. 6.

At the stage, we are not in a position to return a conclusive finding that the petitioner stood exonerated.

In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. 9.

CRM (DB) 4155 of 2024 is dismissed.
