The instant revisional application was filed against the order dated 9.10.2015, passed by the learned Executive Magistrate, Kakdwip, South 24 Parganas in M.F.Case No. 466 of 2014 and M. Case No. 546 of 2015. 3.

From the record, it appears that the petitioners are not at all willing to proceed with the instant case.

Accordingly, CRR 3875 of 2015 is hereby dismissed for default. 5.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
