Petitioners have filed this writ petition being aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents concerned/respondent No.2 in considering and disposing of the representation dated 10th August, 2022 made by the petitioners as appears at page 70 of the writ petition for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners indicated in the said representation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 28772 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondents concerned/respondent No.2 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 10th August, 2022 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving

an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners or its authorised representative, within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
