1. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for early disposal of all interlocutory applications filed before the Trial Judge, i.e. Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Sealdah in connection with Ejectment Suit No.31 of 2017.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that application under Sections 7(1) and 7(2) of the West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act were filed in the year 2017 and one application for substitution of legal heirs of the defendant no.3 was filed in the year 2022. But all the applications are still awaiting disposal.

3. Considering the nature of prayer of the revisional application, I find hardly any scope for the petitioner to serve notice upon the opposite parties. Thus, service of notice upon the opposite parties stands dispensed with.

4. Learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, 2nd Court, Sealdah is requested to dispose of all the interlocutory applications pending in connection with Title Suit No.31 of 2017 within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, without giving any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties to the suit.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application stands dismissed.

6. Petitioner is at liberty to communicate the order to the learned Trial Judge.

7. All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

8. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of necessary formalities.
