Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

On hearing the learned advocate representing the petitioner, it appears that husband of the petitioner was holding the post under the State Government and prayer is made by the petitioner being the widow for regularizing a particular period of service rendered by her husband and pensionary benefit due to death/superannuation of her husband.

Petitioner needs to approach West Bengal Administrative Tribunal in pursuit of remedy. 4.

Writ petition at this stage is not maintainable before this Court.

Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to approach West Bengal Administrative Tribunal on the selfsame cause of action.
