14.8.2025 SB Ct. No.550 CRR 3881 of 2015 Shafique Ahmed @ Pappu Vs.
State of West Bengal Mr. Debasish Roy, Ld. P.P.
S. Balial ... for the State
1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State has submitted that in spite of several opportunities given to the petitioner none appears on behalf of the petitioner.
2. I have gone through the materials on record and I find merits in the contention of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
3. It appears that the order dated 09.10.2015 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 2nd Fast Track Court, Calcutta in connection with S.C. No. 52 of 2014 arising out of G.R. Case No. 4056 of 2013 corresponding to Shakespeare Sarani Police Staton Case No. 398 of 2013 dated 11.11.2013 under Sections 302/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under Sections 25(1B) (a)/27 of Arms Act thereby fixing on 07.12.2015 for consideration of charge without supplying copy of the necessary documents to the petitioner, was challenged.
4. It appears from the record that the instant matter is pending since 2015. It also appears that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter.
5. The instant criminal revisional application is dismissed without any order as to costs.
6. The interim order, if any, stands vacated. (Apurba Sinha Ray, J.)
