It has also been submitted that the petitioner is in custody for more than four and half years.

Learned advocate for the State submits that next date is fixed on 29th January, 2026.

Learned trial court is directed to conclude the examination under section 313 of the Cr.P.,C. within two months from the next date. This time is being afforded, in case, if any in-charge Court is there in respect of the trial court and if the same is vacant, in that case, if any trial

court is available, the trial court would at the earliest conclude the examination under Section 313 of the Cr.p.C. Having considered that the case is at the final stage and the prosecution is not responsible for the delay, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected.

Accordingly, CRM(M) 2754 of 2025 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
