The petitioners have been communicated the differential amounts to be deposited by the Provident Fund Authorities.

The petitioners through their learned advocate, Mr Indranath Mitra have indicated that they shall pay the said amount within a period of seven days from date. The Provident Fund Authorities are requested to take further steps upon deposit being made against the demand issued, i.e. issuance of Pension Payment Order and commencement of Pension within a period of 15 days from date.

These writ petitions are disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
