The payment sought for by the petitioner upon completion of the work in terms of the work order issued by the Gram Panchayat is alleged to be due and payable.

Representation has been filed before the Gram Panchayat which is alleged to be kept pending. Without entering into the claim put forth by the petitioner, as it appears that a representation has been made seeking payment and the same is pending consideration at the end of the Gram Panchayat, accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 5 to consider and decide the representation filed by the petitioner in October 2023 in accordance with law and in terms of the work order issued by the Gram Panchayat, at the earliest, but positively within a period of five months from the date of communication of this order. If any amount is found due and payable, the same shall be disbursed in favour of the petitioner.

The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation along with all other supporting

documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

The writ petition is disposed of.
