1. According to the prosecution, the voter, aadhar and the passport of the petitioner claiming to be citizen of India are fake. Prosecution claims that the petitioner is a foreign national. Materials on record suggest so.

2. Petitioner is setting up a defence of alibi. It is for the petitioner to establish with cogent evidence that the documents relied upon by the petitioner are genuine. Petitioner is yet to discharge such obligation.

3. Materials on record do not permit or make it desirable to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

4. The prayer for bail is, thus, rejected.

5. CRM (DB) 4156 of 2024 is disposed of.
