1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The representation of the petitioner made under Section 13 (3A) of the SARFAESI Act is pending consideration before the bank. After filing of the writ petition, the petitioner has also applied for one time settlement of the loan account. The same is also alleged to be kept pending.

3. The instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the bank to take steps to consider and dispose of the prayer of the petitioner seeking one time settlement of the loan account and also to consider and dispose of the representation made under Section 13 (3A) of the SARFAESI Act, in accordance with law, at the earliest, but positively within a period of fifteen days from the date of communication of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all the requisite formalities.
