1. We have heard the learned advocates for the parties.

2. We find no ground to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Bench. In our view, the learned Single Bench has rightly taken note of the fact that the dispute is purely civil in nature. Apart from that, there is no case of police inaction.

3. Accordingly, the appeal and the connected application being I.A. No. CAN 1 of 2023 stand dismissed.

4. No costs.
