The matter has been mentioned for correction of an inadvertent error in the order.

As this bench will not be available from Monday next, i.e. on March 2, 2026, the matter has been listed in the supplementary list on the ground of urgency. In the second line of paragraph 6 of the order dated February 25, 2026, the expression 'permission of the Tribunal' be corrected as 'information to the Tribunal'. The other portion of the order dated February 25, 2026, shall remain unaltered.
