This is a long pending revisional application relatable to 2012, wherein the order passed under Section 144(2) Cr.P.C. by learned Executive Magistrate, Barrackpore, in M.P. Case No.4675 of 2012 is under challenge.

Nobody for the petitioners also appeared yesterday, when the matter was called on for hearing. Accordingly, the matter is appearing today with a disclosure that the matter will appear in the list for final disposal.

Petitioners appear to have lost their interest over this case. No use of getting this matter listed any more. The revisional application being C.R.R.3821 of 2012 accordingly stands dismissed for default.

Department is directed to make communication of this order to the concerned learned Executive Magistrate within a week from hence.
