Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. On perusal of documents annexed to this writ petition it appears that against the grievance which the petitioner has raised in this writ petition, petitioner has already raised the same grievance by way of representation before the respondent authorities concerned as appears from Annexures P-10 and 11 at pages 31 and 33 of the writ petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 28791 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondents authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation strictly in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorised representative, within two weeks from the date of communication of this order.
