Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Dipankar Paramanick, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appearance may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the opposite party no.2 has falsely implicated him in connection with the present case with bald allegations including the marriage on the second occasion and the opposite party no.2 has been assaulted and threatened.

I have considered the letter of complaint which has been addressed to the concerned Officer-in-Charge/Inspector-in-Charge and on an assumption of the same and the issues so canvassed, I am of the view that the same are strictly related to question of fact, the truth or falsity of which are to be unearthed by the Investigating Agency. A court of law will not come to a finding in respect of the nature of the allegations which have been addressed in the letter of

complaint. Petitioner would be at liberty to take up the issues with the Investigating Agency if there are materials in his possession. No interference is made at this stage.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 4749 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
