Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. It is alleged petitioner is a habitual offender and used to receive stolen devices. Custodial interrogation of the petitioner may lead to further recoveries. Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
