1. Affidavits of service filed in Court today are taken on record.

2. The matter arises out of a notice inviting online quotation floated by the Department of Health and Family Welfare for the Jhargram Government Medical College and Hospital on 5th October, 2024.The petitioner participated in the tender process but was unsuccessful.

3. The allegation of the petitioner is that, the private respondents have been illegally and arbitrarily selected. According to the petitioner, the private respondents do not have the credentials to be considered for the job.

4. An objection was filed before the Principal of the Jhargram Medical College and Hospital in November, 2024, the same is yet to be responded by the authority.

5. As it appears that, the contract has already been signed by and between the parties, the Court is not interfering with the matter.

6. The Principal, Jhargram Medical College and Hospital is directed to consider the issues raised by the petitioner and if, the same is found to be true, then necessary remedial measures shall be taken by the Principal, Jhargram Medical College and Hospital at the earliest but positively within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all the requisite formalities.
