The present writ petition was listed on 14.5.2024 but there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner on that day. Today also when the matter is taken up for hearing, no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default.
