Saha Ms. Taniya Bhowmik ..... for the respondent Nos. 8 to 12 The matter relates to unauthorized construction over Dag Nos. 155, 156, 157, 158 and 166 of Bagpura Mouza under the Talgachhari No. 1 Gram Panchayat. The Pradhan has intimated the petitioner that no permission was granted for raising construction of the aforesaid dag numbers.

The petitioner filed an earlier writ petition being WPA 11784 of 2023. An order has been passed on 18th May, directing the panchayat to take consequential steps after noticing that no permission was granted for raising construction over the subject plots of land. It appears that the Gram Panchayat has not yet taken any consequential steps in compliance of the order passed by the Hon'ble Court.

The BDO, Ramnagar-I being the respondent no.

5 is, accordingly, directed to take up the matter with

the respondent no. 7 and ensure that the direction passed in the order dated 18th May, 2023 in WPA 11784 of 2023 is strictly complied with at the earliest but positively within a period of four months from the dated of communication of the order.

The writ petitioner is disposed of.

The report filed by the Ramnagar P.S. is taken on record.
