1. Petitioner prays for bail on the ground of age and her gender. It is also contended on behalf of the petitioner that, at the trial, no specific role was attributed to the petitioner.

2. Petitioner is standing trial inter alia for murder.

3. Out of 14 prosecution witnesses, 8 were examined. One of the prosecution witnesses names the petitioner as the person who was involved in the incident. An incident of assault took place where five persons were injured one of whom ultimately died.
