Mr. Srikanta Datta Mr. Pradyot Kumar Ray ........ for the petitioner Ms. Tapati Samanta ....for the State In the writ petition prayer has been made for payment of enhanced honorarium in favour of the petitioner who is working as Mukhya Siksha Samprasarak in Panchgram Madrasah Siksha Kendra, Murshidabad. Learned advocate representing State respondents has placed before this Court memo dated 2nd January, 2025 being No. 01-ME issued on behalf of the OSD and EO Director of Madrasah Education, West Bengal and same is taken on record. From the said memo dated 2nd January, 2025 it appears that decision has been taken by the concerned State authority to pay enhanced honorarium to the petitioner from the month of December, 2024 which is to be released in favour of the petitioner in the month of January, 2025. It is also stated therein that arrear will be released within 15th January, 2025 after receiving calculation on arrear dues of the petitioner from the concerned Madrasah Siksha Kendra.

In view of such decision taken by OSD and EO Director of Madrasah Education, West Bengal as contained in memo dated 2nd January, 2025, no further order need be passed on this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
