Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that in spite of the order passed by the learned Civil Court (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Chandannagar in connection with Title Suit No.216 of 2024, the private respondents are violating the said order. Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. The report reflects that as and when the petitioner complained, cases were initiated and earlier two cases had already been registered with Tarakeswar Police Station.

Learned advocate for the private respondents disputes and denies the accusation of the petitioner and submits that by way of repeated institution of criminal cases, the petitioner is wrecking vengeance upon all the private respondents.

Be that as it may, the petitioner would approach learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court,

Chandannagar, seeking police assistance and/or police protection in case such order is passed, the police authorities would be bound by the said order. The police authorities will respect and implement the order of the learned Civil Judge, when a direction is passed for police assistance.

For the time being, it is directed that the police authorities would keep vigil so that no breach of peace and tranquility takes place or any untoward incident results because of the existing inimical relationship between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observation, WPA 29000 of 2024 is disposed of.

The report submitted be kept with the record. Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned advocate for the private respondents.

All the parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of the order.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
