1. The order dated 11th March, 2024 is mentioned for correction.

2. In the fifth line of second paragraph of the first page of the order dated 11th March, 2024, after the date 10th September, 2018, the expression "Gratuity" shall be added to read as "Gratuity and Arrear Pension". In the fourth line of the fifth paragraph of the first page of the order dated 11th March, 2024, after the expression "pay interest to the petitioner on" the word "gratuity" shall be added to read as "Gratuity and Arrear Pension".

3. Let this correction be incorporated in the order dated 11th March, 2024.

4. The other parts of the order dated 11th March, 2024 shall remain unaltered.

5. Department is directed to take steps accordingly.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
