Mr.

Amal Kumar Sen, learned Additional Government Pleader representing the alleged contemnor, submits on the basis of an order of the District Magistrate and Chairman, RTA, Purba Bardhaman dated February 28, 2025 that the direction of the Court in order dated December 23, 2024 in writ petition being WPA No. 17356 of 2024 has already been complied with by the said authority, by dint of its order dated February 28, 2025. Hence, he says that there remains no further necessity for adjudication of this contempt application.

A copy of the order as above has been handed over to the Court. Let the same be taken on record. Having considered the submissions as well as the order passed by the District Magistrate and Chairman, RTA, Purba Bardhaman dated February 28, 2025, the Court finds that the order of the Court as above has duly and substantively been complied with by the said respondent.

In that event, there shall not be any further cause of action remaining pending for adjudication in the present contempt petition.

Hence, the same is disposed of.

The contempt application being CPAN No. 1895 of 2024 is disposed of.
