... for the State-respondent(s) The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of the Civil Court having passed a status quo order in respect of the nature and character of the property in connection with T.S. 38 of 2020, the private respondent(s) have been disturbing the peaceful enjoyment of the property.

The petitioner, as such, is unable to enjoy the property which belongs to him.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr. Subhajit Chowdhury, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State, is directed to represent the State. His appearance may be regularized

by the concerned authorities.

Having considered that the representation was furnished before the Inspector-in-charge of Kakdwip Police Station on 23.11.2022 and, more than two and half years have elapsed in the meantime, I am of the view that if same inconveniences are faced by the petitioner, he would file a fresh representation before the Inspector-in-charge of Kakdwip police station. The petitioner, if so advised, would file an application before the learned Civil Court for having a direction upon the police authorities for rendering police assistance, and, in case, any directions are passed by the learned civil court for police assistance, the police authorities would respect, obey and implement such order.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 28816 of 2022 is disposed of.
