IA No.: CRAN 1 of 2024 is an application for correcting an error apparent on the face of the record.

The application for anticipatory bail apparently contains an incorrect G.R. Case Number. Consequently, such error crept in to the order passed thereon also.

State is represented.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State in his usual fairness does not object to the correction of such obvious typographical error.

Error be apparent on the face of record is directed to be corrected.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner is granted liberty to correct the application for anticipatory bail by replacing G.R. Case No.5564 of 2023 with G.R. Case No. 3662 of 2023.

Upon such correction being incorporated in the application for anticipatory bail, department will consequently correct the cause-title of the order dated Signed By :
