Petitioner has assailed order dated 28.11.2024 granting anticipatory bail to opposite party no. 2. 2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits gravity of the offence and the nature of injury had not been considered.

We have perused the order granting anticipatory bail. Learned Judge considered the materials in the case diary including the injuries appearing from the injury report. Petitioner/de facto complainant places medical papers showing fracture but neither in the FIR nor in his subsequent statement did he allege that he suffered fracture wound. Noticing this dichotomy learned Judge was inclined to grant anticipatory bail. We find order is a well reasoned one and does not call for any interference.

Accordingly application is dismissed.
