WPA No. 27750 of 2023 was filed by the petitioners alleging withholding by the respondent no.2 of the security deposit made by the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 hands over a document indicating that the Treasury has released the said security amount after deducting statutory deductions to the petitioners only on January 22, 2024.

In such view of the matter, the dispute raised in the writ petition is resolved.

Accordingly, WPA No. 27750 of 2023 is disposed of as infructuous keeping on record the document handed over by respondent no.2 today. 5.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
