We have considered the materials on record.

Narcotics was recovered from co-accused. Statement of coaccused discloses involvement of the petitioner in dealing in narcotics. Investigation is in progress. Custodial interrogation may reveal incriminating evidence and lead to further recoveries. Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
