Mr. Lakshminath Bhattacharya ......for the petitioners Mr. Mr. Rajarshi Basu Ms. Nilofer Siddique Alam .....for the State After hearing learned counsel and considering the material before the Court, the respondent No. 7 being the South 24 Parganas District Sports Association is directed to consider any representation or application which may be made by the petitioner with regard to the petitioner's affiliation with the Bengal Amateur Swimming Association or any other statutory body and decide on the same within a period of four weeks from date. The petitioner and all other concerned parties shall be heard by the respondent No. 7 and a reasoned order shall be passed within a period of four weeks from the date from which the respondent No. 7 receives the copy of the application/representation of the petitioner. A copy of the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioner and all other concerned

parties within one week from the date on which such reasoned order is passed. The petitioner shall thereafter be at liberty of approaching any of the other respondents as the petitioner may deem fit. WPA 28834 of 2022 is accordingly disposed of in terms of the above.
