Ahmed, learned advocate, appears on behalf of the State and submits that it is the petitioner who opened the padlock and entered the shop room and, there was no resistance from any of the parties.

Learned advocate for the

respondent nos. 8 to 13 disputes such contentions and submits that the private respondent nos. 8 to 13 being brothers are being deprived of the shop room.

Similar submission has been advanced on behalf of the learned advocate for the respondent nos. 14 to 16.

This Court will not decide the right, title and interest of any of the parties as is reflected in the order dated 13.12.2024. If any of the parties are affected, they will approach the jurisdictional civil court and, any order passed by the jurisdictional civil court would be binding amongst the parties. The police authorities would respect and obey the finding(s) of the learned civil court in respect of the shop room which has been referred to in the writ petition.

With the aforesaid observations,

WPA 29084 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
