1. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

2. Perused the case diary.

3. It appears from the injury reports that one of the victims suffered multiple fractures involving right parietal left orbit and the other suffered fracture injury of both bones of the forearm. The present petitioners are the alleged assailants who gave the fatal blows.

4. Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of the victim as well as the independent local witnesses, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
