From the report filed by the Co-operative Election Commission through the Assistant Returning Officer, Tamluk Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank Limited, it appears that the order dated December 6, 2024, has duly been complied with. It further appears that the election of the Society has already been held on December 8, 2024.

Nothing remains to be decided further in this writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 28968 of 2024 is disposed of.
