The instant revisional application is preferred against the impugned orders dated 18.10.2012 and 07.11.2011 passed by the Executive Magistrate, Baruipur in M.P. Case NO. 3366 of 2012 under Section 144 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. After lapse of statutory period the impugned Orders are devoid of any legal efficacy. Therefore, at present, it is not necessary to drag on a dead proceeding.

Therefore, the instant application stands dismissed as the matter has become infractuous on lapse of statutory period.

Parties are also not interested to pursue the instant lis.

The instant Revision application stands disposed of.
