1. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of the case in connection with G.R. Case No. 7740 of 2023 corresponding to Belgharia Police Station Case No. 447 of 2023.

2. Considering the prayer of the revisional application, I find hardly any reason to direct the petitioner to serve notice upon the opposite party.

3. Accordingly, service upon the opposite parties stands dispensed with.

4. As a sequel, Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas is requested to dispose of the case in connection with G.R. Case No. 7740 of 2023 corresponding to Belgharia Police Station Case No. 447 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible without affording any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the revisional

application stands disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.

7. All the parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

8. Petitioner is at liberty to make communication of this order to the Learned Trial Court for necessary information and compliance.
