1. We have heard the learned advocate for the writ petitioners and the learned advocate for the respondents at length.

2. By filing the instant writ petition, the writ petitioners have prayed for issuance of appropriate writ or writs against the respondent authorities, more specifically against the respondent no. 6 authority commanding him to lodge FIR on the basis of the written complaint dated 16.08.2025 (Annexure-'P3').

3. It is fairly submitted at the stage of hearing by the learned advocate for the writ petitioners that after filing of the instant writ petition, the FIR has been registered.

4. In view of subsequent development, we thus, find that the present writ petition has practically become infructuous.

5. With the aforementioned observation, the instant writ petition is disposed of.

6. Before parting, it is however, made clear that in the event the writ petitioners still have some grievance against the respondent authorities for their alleged inaction or non-action, they are at liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
