This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of an application under Order 7 Rule 11 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, filed in Title Suit No. 616 of 2022, pending before the 2nd Court of the Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Baruipur, South 24Parganas.

2. Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the application for rejection of plaint was filed as far back as November 2022, but the same is still pending.

It is further submitted that written objection to the application under Order 7 Rule 11 has already been filed by the opposite parties and the same is ready for hearing.

In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, prior service of notice of the revisional application along with a notice is not being directed, however, the petitioners shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with

a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date.

Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and considered the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Trial Judge to dispose of the application for rejection of plaint under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the next date fixed, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 6.

CO 4386 of 2025 stands disposed of with the above observations. No Costs.
